Biscuits and Gravy with Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

  • 0.5 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 batch of Easy Cheesy Bread mini muffins
  • 1 dash(es) sea salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 packet Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) rosemary
  • 2 cup(s) cauliflower rice, frozen
  • 0.13 teaspoon(s) sage
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dried chives

Biscuits and Gravy with Cauliflower Rice Directions

  1. Bake Easy Cheesy Bread "mini muffins" using this recipe.
  2. Use 1 packet of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup mix to make a bowl of soup and stir in garlic, pepper, rosemary, chives, and sage. For a thicker gravy, use less water.
  3. Heat 2 cups of cauliflower rice in microwave (from frozen, about 6 minutes). Season with sea salt, pepper, garlic, and chives.
  4. Place cauliflower rice and mini muffins on a plate or in a bowl and top with gravy. Enjoy!
  5. Makes 2 servings to share, or count as 1 serving of protein in place of dinner protein. Please note, ingredients below are for soup and cauliflower rice. See the recipe for Easy Cheesy Bread for additional ingredients.
